Louis Tussaud was the great grandson of Madam Marie Tussaud. He created his first wax museum in Blackpool, Lancashire. There are less than ten of his wax museums around the world and the only one in India is at Innovative Film City.

The collection at the museum cuts across reality and fiction! It is possible that you would have never imagined what Mona Lisa would look like in real life – but we at the museum give your imagination a life like visual of her.

You can read with Shakespeare, sing with the Beatles, have a drink with Humphrey Bogart or even woo your favorite Disney Princess. Each wax statue has been created in the time-honoured Louis Tussad craftsmanship.

So when you go back home, you will remember rubbing your shoulders with the whos-who of the real and fictional world – but be careful not to rub those shoulders too hard, its wax afterall!

Tip: Do take a special interest in the fictional characters since they can alter or strengthen your mental images of your favorite story characters.

Time to Spend

Well go on, take your time – these statues, though made of wax wont melt even in the Indian Summer!
